BESQ Events planning and coordination for non-wedding events is at $100 per billable hour rate and $150 for holiday billable hourly rate. All events include a complementary 30-minute intake call.
Wedding clients have various wedding packages available depending on the planning needs and complexities of your Maine wedding celebration. All packages require 25% advance booking deposits to hold the date and 50% due prior to onset of planning. These apply for services only, and actual products and décor will be invoiced as relevant to the event. The packages include the following:

Package One
Three-months of Planning Support
Includes up to eighteen total direct contact hours (Two hours for in-person meetings, Twelve maximum hours the day of the event, Two hours for rehearsal, and Two hours for phone calls and miscellaneous supports).
Includes creation of event planning timeline and summary including any special details for vendors Confirming previously secured vendors to discuss setup and timeline logistics including music, catering, rentals etc.
On site day of management and coordination includes setup of details and décor, keeping schedule, if needed setting up place cards, menus etc.
Ceremony rehearsal and processional assistance is included.
$3250 per event

Package Two
Six-months of Planning Support
Includes up to twenty total direct contact hours (Two hours for in-person meetings, Twelve maximum hours the day of the event, Six hours for the day of rehearsals, and Six hours for phone calls and miscellaneous supports).
This package includes all of Package One, and also includes:
Coordination of Rehearsal Dinner
Providing preferred vendor resources
Distribution of final payments to vendors
Includes one advance on-site meeting and includes additional on-site planning assistant on the day of the wedding.
$5800 per event

Package Three
Eight-months of Planning Support
Includes up to thirty total direct contact hours.
This package includes all of Package Two, and also includes:
Budget planning and analysis
Site selection assistance
Vendor selection assistant
Setting up of area hotel room blocks
$7800 per event

Package Four
One Year of Planning Support.
Package includes all of Package Three, and also includes:
Unlimited site visits, (subject to advanced scheduling and availability), unlimited phone check-ins and emails Providing guidance on vendor contracts.
Liaison between client and vendor for all needs.
Assistance with event design research and visioning to make your day unique and special: including stationary, welcome baskets, and décor Plan any pre- or post-events.
$14,000 per event

Notary Public
Notarization services available for $15 per notarized document.
Authorized to perform Wedding Ceremonies in the State of Maine:
$125 for elopement wedding with no rehearsals using standard vows,
$225 for generic wedding vows includes rehearsal, up to 50 miles away for under 100 guests, additional miles of a $1 per mile for up to 200 miles in Maine.
$300 for custom wedding vows includes rehearsal, up to 50 miles away for under 100 guests’ additional miles of a $1 per mile up to 200 miles in Maine.
$425 for weddings over 100 guests includes custom vows, rehearsal up to 50 miles away then $1.00 per mile up to 300 miles in Maine.
$200 for vow renewals with 50 miles.
Mileage is based on distance from Topsham, Maine.
